The interest of the Wooden Industries sector is considered one of the future projects to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century through the establishment of some national projects supported by the state, so as to contribute to raising the economic level with the attempt to create a lot of jobs. The wooden industry sector is one of the oldest industries known to Egyptians that it has become one of the most important sectors which are witnessing increasing growth. It represents a great opportunity to invest in economic activity, which seeks to employ the workforce. The training is the practical means for the average individual whether a man or woman to have a modern trained professional personality that is able to make change, as well as the ability to recruit well the potential resources and raw materials. In this context, the she-researcher trained some girls in the Mezalla Organization for Social Development in al-Darb al-Ahmar area to practice some carpentry processes so as the women can participate in the development and to be taken care of them as productive force, making them participate positively, effectively and have some practical indications that can be invested in wooden industry sector , and the problem of the research is that women have penetrated many areas of artisan and craft work in the society. However, they have not achieved a large presence in the carpentry workshops in the wooden industry sector in the belief that they do not have the physical strength as these workshops need much effort during the practice of various practical applications. Therefore, the she-researcher provided some Women Applied Wooden Indicators as an investment source in the wooden industry sector. The problem of the research may be defined in the following question: How can Wooden Industries are an Economic Entrance to Develop Crafts Skills for Egyptian Women? The study hypothesizes that Wooden Industries are an Economic Entrance to Develop Crafts Skills for Egyptian Women. The research aims totrain women in the manual work in the wooden industry sector and their participation in sustainable development through the wooden industry sector, as well as employing the wooden industry sector in small production enterprises. The limits of the research are confined to make an experiment on a group of women trainees for eight months in one of the carpentry workshops in the Mezalla Organization for Social Development in the Darb al-Ahmar area. The research depends on the analytical and experimental approach in a theoretical and practical framework. The importance of this research is to identify new strategies for investment Women's abilities while working to assist them to penetrate all areas of professional works and to give attention to Egyptian women as a productive force in the wooden industry sector.
