Abstract

This study examines the influence of modern surface treatment technology on enhancing the external environmental suitability of metal structure components. With the increasing concern about the environmental impact of industrial processes, modern industries have begun to explore innovative solutions to preserve the environment. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how modern surface treatment technology can contribute to enhancing the external environmental suitability of metal structure components.

The research methodology includes a comprehensive review of scientific literature to examine advancements in surface treatment techniques and their environmental effects. Various modern techniques such as nanotechnology-based coatings, eco-friendly surface treatments, and corrosion-resistant finishes are explored in detail. Furthermore, the study analyzes case studies and experimental data to evaluate the effectiveness of modern surface treatment methods in reducing environmental degradation and enhancing the durability of metal structures in diverse environmental conditions.

The results indicate that modern surface treatment technology plays a significant role in improving the external environmental suitability of metal structure components by reducing corrosion, extending service life, and minimizing maintenance requirements. Additionally, these technologies contribute to energy efficiency and resource conservation, thus promoting overall environmental sustainability.

In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of adopting modern surface treatment technologies in metal structure industries to achieve greater environmental suitability and sustainability.
