civilized societies with its ancient origins that give them value and cultural substance, and grant them a national dimension. Traditional crafts are the greatest export products in the world. We suffer now in Egypt from a shortage of skilled craftsmen and innovators in addition to factors of marginalization and sometimes limited economic returns as well as the absence of health and social guarantees for workers in this sector, causing a lot of constraints that must be resolved to protect the future of traditional crafts according to the philosophy of this age in order to develop this cultural heritage. From this standpoint, the she-researcher tries, through monitoring of some impediments to traditional wood crafts, to rely on human resources so as to be able to face many obstacles with the integrated scientific planning by using different strategies in human resources. Thus, the search problem deals with how is it possible for traditional wooden crafts to face certain constraints including, the lack of some important standards that contribute to the continuity of artisan production.
