Quality of life in interior design is an important concept, as human needs must be taken into account during interior design, such as psychological, physiological and social needs. Especially the special needs of children with autism spectrum disorder and the foundations that must be taken into account and understanding the level and degree of autism spectrum disorder in them must be taken into account. Children with autism spectrum disorder have different perceptions and senses from normal children due to the presence of a functional disorder and difficulty in communicating with others. In addition to the different effects of colors and materials on their behavior and psychological state, taking into account the different degrees of autism spectrum disorder from one child to another. Children with autism spectrum disorder face difficulty in dealing with the space around them and often feel strange about the environment around them due to the difficulty of perception. Autistic children suffer from hearing loss and difficulty adapting to the internal sounds around them that may be difficult for normal children to hear and be affected by, such as the sense of vision and their sensitivity to light, in addition to the sense of touch and their sensitivity to touching things around them. Therefore, an attempt was made to develop hypotheses to facilitate the acceptance of children with autism spectrum disorder of their residential environment and help them adapt to their internal spaces to achieve quality of life.
